Subscription Terms
Tamed Apricot is provided by Justin Williams. Contact hello@tamedapricot.com for setup, billing, privacy or licensing assistance. Tamed Apricot is an independent product, separate from Wild Apricot and your AI provider.
What is included
Your subscription includes hosted Wild Apricot MCP access for one connected Wild Apricot website, the downloadable local website companion, and three reusable skill categories: Operations, Website Editor and Website QA. Hosted tools connect a compatible AI application to supported Wild Apricot API operations, including contacts, memberships, events, registrations and financial records.
Website editing uses the separately installed local companion, Chrome and your authorized Wild Apricot administrator session. Connecting the hosted MCP does not install the companion or provide a browser session. You provide your own eligible Wild Apricot account, API permissions, compatible AI application and any subscriptions those services require. Their fees are separate.
Price, renewal and usage
The price is US$29 per month, paid in advance through Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically each month until canceled. Checkout shows the amount and any applicable tax before payment; Manage billing shows your renewal information. There is no free trial unless an offer expressly states otherwise.
The plan includes 5,000 metered hosted API-tool calls per calendar month, resetting at the start of each month in UTC, separately from your billing date. Unused calls do not roll over. A paginated tool call can make several Wild Apricot requests while counting as one call. Accepted calls that later fail or are interrupted may still count. Status checks, local gadget guides and local companion use do not consume this hosted allowance. Your account shows usage. Further metered calls are blocked at the limit; no automatic overage fees apply. Contact support for additional capacity or websites.
Delivery and cancellation
Delivery is digital. After email verification and payment confirmation, you can connect your website, authorize your AI application and download the companion from your account. Access depends on an eligible subscription and payment verification. Access may pause for an unpaid balance, refund or dispute requiring review, security concerns or misuse. Contact support if you believe a restriction is incorrect.
Cancel through Manage billing before the next renewal. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the paid period; ordinary cancellation preserves access until then. Contact hello@tamedapricot.com if you cannot access billing. Disconnecting a website, revoking an AI connection or requesting account deletion does not by itself cancel billing. Cancellation does not undo changes made in Wild Apricot. See the Refund Policy.
Your permission to use the software
Your paid subscription and receipt are Justin Williams's written authorization under Section 2 of the Wild Apricot MCP Proprietary License; no separate individual permission is needed for this covered use. While your subscription is eligible, you may use the hosted service and install the companion and skills for your own operations or for consulting work on the covered website of a client who has authorized you. You may make necessary installation and backup copies and edit your private configuration. You may charge for your consulting work.
You may not resell or sublicense the software, distribute its code or companion to unlicensed customers, operate a shared or competing MCP service for third parties using this software, or present Justin Williams's work as your own. Justin Williams retains ownership of the original software, documentation and skills. Keep the proprietary license and attribution notices. Third-party components retain their own licenses. Your website content and business records remain yours or your client's.
Hosted access, new downloads and this subscription's permission to use the companion end when subscription eligibility ends, unless a separate license grants continued use. Possessing a downloaded copy does not extend permission. Earlier separately granted licenses are unchanged. This subscription authorization controls any conflict with the included license for covered use; other license terms continue to apply.
Real changes and your responsibilities
Read and write operations are available. Writes can change real membership, event, financial or website information. You decide whether to enable read-only access and which permissions to grant your AI application. Review consequential instructions and results, maintain appropriate backups and verify saved changes. Check an interrupted operation's outcome before repeating it to avoid duplicates.
You must be authorized to access the website and allow the service and your chosen AI application to process its information. Keep credentials and browser sessions private. Do not use the service for unlawful processing, unauthorized access, credential sharing or bypassing access and usage controls.
Support and service changes
Support is available at hello@tamedapricot.com. No specific response time or uptime guarantee is included unless separately agreed in writing. Service behavior depends on Wild Apricot, your AI client, browser and infrastructure providers. Features and supported client versions may change. Material subscription or price changes will be disclosed before they apply to a future renewal, with an opportunity to cancel.
To the extent permitted by law, the software and service are provided as is and as available, without express or implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Justin Williams is not liable for damages arising from use of or inability to use the software, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
