Menus can vary by client version and account policy. After connecting, ask: “Use Tamed Apricot to check my Wild Apricot connection and show my account ID.”
Usage resets on the first day of each calendar month in UTC, separately from your billing date. Accepted API-tool calls may count even if interrupted or unsuccessful; no automatic overage charges apply.
Bring the website editor along
The local companion connects to your signed-in Chrome browser for website editing and page checks. Install it on the computer where you work.
The hosted connection handles API operations. Adding it in ChatGPT does not install the local browser companion.
Download local companionChecking download availability…
- Extract the downloaded archive and open
docs/COMPANION-QUICKSTART.md. - Install the required Node.js version and package dependencies as described there.
- Configure your site and connect Chrome through the supported setup. Sign in to Wild Apricot in Chrome.
- Add the companion to a local MCP client and install its three skill categories. Start with a page inspection before editing.
The included guide explains the steps; the download does not automatically install Chrome or sign you in.

Authorized AI applications
Review the apps you allowed to use your account. Revoking an app stops its current access and refresh tokens; reconnect from that app to authorize it again.
Sign-in sessions
Close a session you no longer use. AI connections authorized through that session will also need to sign in again.
- Loading sessions…
Your current session stays open. Use Sign out at the top of this page to close it.
Start with a useful question
Tell your assistant what you need.
“List my upcoming events and their registration counts.”
“Find unpaid invoices and summarize their amounts and due dates.”
For changes, give the exact record and the change you want. Your assistant may ask you to review the details.
Need a hand?
Email hello@tamedapricot.com with your account email, AI app name, and the error message. Keep API keys, passwords, and member data out of the message.
To request account deletion, contact support from your account email. Disconnecting a website or signing out does not cancel billing; use Manage billing to cancel your subscription.
Connection troubleshooting
- Key rejected: confirm the application was saved in Wild Apricot and has API access. Replace the saved key if it was revoked.
- Subscription pending: select Refresh status after checkout. Payment must be confirmed before access activates.
- No tools in your AI app: refresh its MCP connection, sign in again, and enable the server in a new conversation.
- Writes unavailable: check the Wild Apricot application's access, this connection's read-only setting, and the access granted to your AI app.
- Website editing unavailable: use the separately installed local companion with Chrome signed in to the correct website.
